In-Home Services: Bridgewater, Lunenburg, Broad Cove, Petite Riviere, and LaHave.  Surrounding areas on the South Shore of Nova Scotia can be served by special arrangement.

We come and meet you and your pet(s) and get a run down of services needed, where supplies are located, and any special considerations. 

Having all of the pet care supplies needed for care in one location will help the process go smoother and faster. This will leave more time available to spend with your pet(s) doing the fun stuff.

We will continue with your scheduled booking unless the weather forecast is too dangerous to proceed. This includes heavy rain/thunderstorms, icy roads,  heavy snow, tornados/hurricanes etc.

We will update you at the earliest convenience about any changes to the schedule in the case of canceling or rescheduling. In the event of ongoing inclement weather events we highly suggest a backup plan for care. Our cancellation policy is exempt from these circumstances. 

We reserve the right to terminate a client’s service if it poses a risk to the health and safety of our employees. This includes aggressive behavior from pets or any vulgar or aggressive behavior from clients. Should this occur, the remainder of the booking will be cancelled, and the fee will not be refunded. Notice will be provided for you to make alternative arrangements for your pets.
